I switched from another mobile carrier to T-Mobile and I love it! #TMobileUnleashed

I have been a T-Mobile customer for many years; I started my service with them while I was a resident of Puerto Rico around 2009. Recently, my Samsung Galaxy S3 suddenly died and I was “advised” that this might be a good time to get service with a different company and get a new phone.

I was having mixed feelings about the situation, but I went ahead and try a new company that was offering the newest Samsung Smartphone with a two year contract for a fraction of the cost.

I honestly have to say that before the first 24 hours of my new service were up, I was already regretting leaving T-Mobile, as a blogger I need a reliable internet service on my cellphone, with the fastest speed and fewer down time, and as a working mother I need the reliability of my service signal at all times and be able to stay in touch with my family.

I was very disappointed with both components of my new mobile carrier, the data speed was fluctuating constantly, my download and upload speeds were terrible, not to mention the dreaded “buffering” when video streaming was stressing me out. In too many occasions the service was non-existent and the signal was often lost in my work desk which is where I spend most of my day at, so I wasn’t getting incoming calls.

The company I got the contract with has a Customer Satisfaction Policy of 14 days to try out their service and cancel with no penalty; I couldn’t wait any longer so I cancelled my contract within the first 4 days and switch back to T-Mobile with a big smile in my face.

As soon as I went back to T-Mobile I got the new Samsung Galaxy S5 which I absolutely LOVE! (see my tutorial on how to use the Dual Camera function of the Galaxy S5) , I have no more problems with my data speed or signal whenever I go, I can keep working on my blogging, catching up on email, watch my favorite shows on Netflix while I’m commuting (with no buffering or downtime) and be sure that I won’t be missing any important calls due to lack of service in my office or anywhere else.

I totally recommend T-Mobile for reliable data and mobile service! I already put it to the test and I am 100% satisfied!
